つくば放射光測定/Tsukuba synchrotron trip

早朝より大学院生３人と卒研生８人でつくばの研究所に行きました。

タンパク質結晶の操作やX線回折測定、データ処理であっという間に1日が過ぎました。

普段のと異なり、ハイテクな装置が並ぶ環境はまた違った経験になったと思います。

またデータ測定にこれるよう普段の実験頑張ってください。

We went to synchrotron facility in Tsukuba with three graduate students and eight bachelor students.

Everyone had their chance to take diffraction data from their own protein crystals and analyze them.

I hope this experience will be useful in the future research.
